What will it cost?

Your assignments will be managed with professional attention to detail and discretion. By delegating the right tasks, you can free up valuable time, to boost your income or spend more time focusing on what matters most to you, effectively balancing the cost of the service.

 

The hourly rate is competitive and covers:

  • Time dedicated to your specific tasks.

  • Direct interaction with you through phone, email, or in-person meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding from the initial briefing to task completion.

 

Additional costs such as stationery, postage, or packaging are charged separately at cost price.

  • Employee recruitment (or onboarding, if you prefer) costs

  • Coffee breaks

  • Employer’s Insurance and NI contributions, Pension, Office space, Furniture or Heating, Internet & Phone, Computer

  • The Christmas knees up!

Pricing Options to suit different needs

Ad Hoc - £30 per hour (no VAT)

If your needs are occasional and non-committal, the Ad Hoc option is the perfect fit. This approach allows you to:

  • Pay only for the time spent on specific tasks as they arise.

  • Benefit from precise time tracking.

  • Receive detailed invoices at the end of each month or assignment.

 

Retainer Plan - £27 per hour (no VAT)

For individuals or businesses that require regular assistance across multiple tasks, a Retainer Plan is a great choice. This offers:

  • A set number of hours each month, which can be used for various tasks.

  • Priority service, ensuring availability when you need it most.

  • Notifications when nearing your monthly limit, allowing for flexibility—either adding extra hours or adjusting tasks to maintain budget control.

  • The Retainer Plan is £27 per hour, with a requirement of at least five hours per month, billed in advance — making it a cost-effective solution for regular support.

  • These options provide the flexibility needed to support and grow your business, ensuring that the right resources are available to meet your unique demands.

Working Hours and Availability

Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

If you require support outside of these hours or need urgent assistance, I will always endeavour to accommodate your request. Emails and text messages are monitored from 6am until 10pm, 7 days a week. 

Payment Terms

Flexible payment schedules are available - these can be discussed during our initial consultation, to suite your needs and project requirements.
